Job Description

Prepare HVAC system designs including load calculations, equipment sizing, ducting, and piping layouts as per project requirements. Develop HVAC drawings such as layout plans, schematics, and shop drawings using AutoCAD/ Revit. Select HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHUs, VRF, FCUs, Ventilation systems) based on design criteria and client specifications. Ensure designs comply with relevant standard and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, local authority norms). Coordinate with architects, electricals, plumbing, fire-fighting, and structural teams for design integration.' Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals. Support projects teams during execution, testing, and commissioning stages. Attend design review meetings and provide technical clarifications to clients and consultants. perform value engineering to optimize cost and energy efficiency. Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings and calculations.
