We are looking for Engineering graduates(preferably Mechanical) with 1-2 experience in designing and estimation of Central chiller plant, VRF sytem, Ductable sytem.
Responsibilities and Duties
Heat Load calculation based on architectural drawing using manual method and software.
Knowledge of space planning included duct sizing, chiller pipe sizing, locating AHU room, locating central chiller plant room.
Knowledge in VRF pipe sizing software.
Designing the mechanical Ventilation system and car park ventilation system.
Preparing plan, section , isometric drawing of air conditioning systems.
To prepare civil drawing by taking physical measurements at site.
Analysis and selection of equipment based customer requirement and heat load requirements.
To attend technical meeting with clients, contractors, architects, consultants.
Preparing Bill of quantities based on quantity surveying techniques.
Should have knowledge in quoting tenders.
Regularly visit site for correction in drawing as per site conditions.
Asbuild drawing creation after project executions.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
AUTO CAD drafting skills
Experience in working of DX, VRF/VRV, CHILLER systems for HOTELS/ RESIDENTIAL/ COMMERCIAL BUILDING/ FIT-OUT jobs.
English Proficiency( both writing and speaking)
Good knowledge in MS Office packages.
Ability to work independently and as a team .
