We are looking for a

Product Manager (Costing & Engineering)

to lead the technical and commercial development of our products from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

product design, manufacturing processes, and cost analysis

, with the ability to coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis. Review and optimize product designs to achieve cost efficiency and manufacturability. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy in BOMs. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for new and existing products. Identify opportunities for value engineering and continuous improvement. Evaluate material and process options to ensure the best cost-performance balance. Support new product development (NPD) and product modifications as per market or customer needs. Monitor and report product performance, cost trends, and engineering changes. Work closely with suppliers and vendors for technical clarifications and cost negotiations.
