Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

business development

efforts for

HVAC systems

and solutions in

Mumbai

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to drive revenue and market share growth in the HVAC sector. Identify and engage with

key clients

in commercial, industrial, and residential markets Build and maintain strong relationships with major

HVAC/BMS consultant

developers

and

contractors

Oversee the preparation of

quotations

,

proposals

, and

bids

for large-scale HVAC projects.

Negotiate contracts

and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and strategies. Track

market trends

competitor activities

, and

customer feedback

to continuously refine sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

,

HVAC

, or a related field. Minimum of

10+ years

of experience in

business development

or

sales

in the

HVAC

or

building systems

industry. Proven experience managing high-value projects and developing long-term client relationships. Strong understanding of

HVAC systems

,

building automation

, and

energy-efficient solutions

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and understand market trends and customer requirements. Experience in

project management

and

team leadership

Preferred Skills:

B E ,Master's degree

in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields. Strong network within the

HVAC

industry and

building management system

networks. Previous experience in

B2B sales

or

enterprise-level business development
