Job Description

Preparing the general maintenance schedule and assigning duties to the subordinates in Chiller plant in line with guidelines of Manager-Facility Management. Monitoring and checking the works (HVAC) for quality, timely completion etc , done by operators, helpers and contractors. Reporting to the Manager-Facility Management. daily about the work in progress and work held up due to non-availability of men, material and other reasons. Checking with stores in-charge and maintaining safe stock of required mechanical spares and other items. Arrangement and follow up of material required for the maintenance operators. Preparing, implementing and maintaining preventive maintenance schedule for all HVAC equipment. Co-ordination with project team for mechanical work (HVAC) whenever required. Monitoring and maintaining the required temperature and humidity in all areas as required. Attending break down calls whenever required and making arrangement to up the equipment in time. Maintaining proper documents of all works related to HVAC like repairs, calibration, validation, etc. Monitoring the Energy consumption at all HVAC areas. Any other works given by Manager-Facility Management and Chief Of Engineering Services. Sharing the responsibilities of other Engineers in their absence as instructed by Manager-Facility Management and Chief Of Engineering Services. Co-ordinating for hospital functions. Checking&certifyingtheGRNandmaintainingtherecords.
