Job Overview

Manish Refrigeration is hiring an experienced

HVAC / VRF AC Technician

to handle

installation, commissioning, servicing, and complaint resolution

of

VRF, Split, Cassette, Ductable, and AHU systems

across residential and commercial sites. The candidate should be capable of working independently on site and maintaining professional interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning

Installation of

VRF outdoor and indoor units

as per site requirements Copper piping, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging Installation and connection of

Split, Cassette, Ductable ACs, and AHUs

Testing and commissioning as per

company and OEM standards

2. Service & Maintenance

Attend breakdown complaints and resolve cooling, electrical, and control issues Perform

preventive maintenance (PMC) and AMC visits

Diagnose issues related to refrigerant, airflow, sensors, and controls Ensure timely service resolution with minimal repeat complaints

Site Coordination

Coordinate with helpers, electricians, and site supervisors Maintain basic service records and job reports Follow safety practices and ensure site cleanliness

Skills & Knowledge

Strong hands-on experience in

VRF AC systems

Knowledge of

Split, Cassette, Ductable ACs, and AHUs

Familiarity with HVAC tools, wiring basics, and safety norms Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent Valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
