Position: Husky Engineer / Husky Machine Operator

Salary: ?50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Husky PET Preform / Injection Molding operations

Duty Hours: 12 Hours

Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Husky Engineer / Machine Operator to operate, manage and troubleshoot Husky PET preform injection molding machines. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Husky systems, mold changeovers, start-up procedures, machine parameter setting, and maintaining production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Husky PET preform injection molding machines efficiently.

Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover operations.

Set and optimize processing parameters such as temperature, injection speed, pressure, and cycle time.

Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and process issues.

Ensure high-quality output and maintain quality parameters as per standards.

Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.

Maintain daily production logs, reports, and machine performance records.

Ensure 5S, safety norms, and housekeeping around the machine area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity and reduced downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Husky PET preform/injection molding machines.

Strong understanding of injection molding processes, hot runner systems, hydraulics & pneumatics.

Ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.

Knowledge of quality inspection parameters for PET preforms.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage 12-hour duties.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
