We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous instruction in subjects such as History, Geography, Social Studies, and/or related areas, fostering critical thinking, inquiry, and a global perspective among students.

B. Roles and Responsibilities

:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines for Humanities subjects (e.g., History, Geography, Civics, Cultural Studies). Develop and implement appropriate assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback. Create a classroom environment that promotes inquiry-based learning, cultural awareness, and respectful discussion of diverse perspectives. Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school-wide initiatives. Participate in parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development. Integrate technology effectively into the classroom to enhance student learning. Encourage student participation in discussions, debates, and extra-curricular activities related to Humanities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Education, or a related field Valid teaching certification/license (as required by jurisdiction). Prior teaching experience in Humanities subjects at [middle/high/secondary] school level preferred. Strong knowledge of subject content and pedagogical strategies.
