Job Title: Humanities Teacher (Political Science, History, Geography, Sociology)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Humanities Teacher to join our school faculty. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching Political Science, History, Geography, and Sociology to students. The teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging and disciplined learning environment, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring students achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching: Deliver high-quality lessons in Political Science, History, Geography, and Sociology, aligned with the curriculum and examination standards.

- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and order in the classroom, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment for all students.

- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans, assessments, and projects to cater to diverse learning needs.

- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding and grades.

- Mentorship: Guide students in their academic journey, helping them set goals and develop study strategies.

- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and address any concerns they may have.

- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, submitting reports, and attending staff meetings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in the relevant subject (Political Science, History, Geography, Sociology, or related field) from a recognized university.

- Certification: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is desirable.
