Job Description

To lead the "People Strategy" for Chercheur's 8-city rollout. You will be responsible for sourcing high-integrity investigative talent, managing payroll for a distributed workforce, and creating HR policies that protect the agency's confidentiality and reputation.

Key Responsibilities



Massive Recruitment Drive:

Leading the end-to-end hiring for Regional Sales Heads, Branch Managers, and Investigation Officers across Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.

Background Verification (Internal):

Implementing the strictest internal vetting process for every employee--ironically, as a detective agency, our own staff must have the cleanest records in the industry.

Performance Management:

Designing KPI (Key Performance Indicator) frameworks for Sales and Operations teams to ensure the 8-city expansion meets its targets.

Academy HR Support:

Assisting the

Chercheur Detective Academy

by managing student enrollments from an HR perspective and potentially placing top graduates into the agency.

Payroll & Compliance:

Managing multi-state payroll, ESIC/PF compliance, and ensuring all investigators have valid ID cards and legal appointment letters.

Culture & Training:

Organizing soft-skills training for investigators and telecallers to ensure they handle sensitive cases with the required empathy and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications



Experience:

12-15 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Preferred Backgrounds:Experience in high-growth startups, Security/Manpower agencies, or the Education/EdTech sector.

Skills:

Expert in high-volume recruitment, labor laws across different Indian states, and HR tech (HRMS tools).

Languages:

Full command of

English and Hindi

. Knowledge of

Marathi

is highly preferred as you will be based at the Pune HQ.

Education:

MBA in HR from a reputable institute (e.g., TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
