Manage recruitment, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding and orientation.
Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring all are accurate and on time.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations and legal compliance.
Design and run training and development programs, supporting both employee growth and organizational goals.
Help resolve employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Advise staff and managers on employment policies, compensation, and performance management.
Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures. Problem-solving skills, strong ethics, and reliability. Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping the organization up-to-date with regulations.
Knowledge of HR functions: payroll & benefits, recruitment, training, and development.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office applications.
