Human Resources Specialist
who can own full-cycle recruiting, support core HR operations, and help level-up our people programs in a remote, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Post roles across job boards and networks; manage candidate pipelines.
Screen resumes, conduct structured phone/video interviews, and run reference checks.
Coordinate offers, contractor paperwork, and new-hire onboarding.
Performance & Development
Coordinate the performance review cycle (calendars, forms, calibration support).
Facilitate feedback documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
Create/update training materials and deliver new-hire and refresher trainings.
HR Operations & Payroll
Collect and validate payroll inputs; partner with Accounting to process timely and accurately.
Maintain employee data, agreements, and changes with strong data hygiene.
Produce recurring people analytics (hiring funnel, headcount, turnover, productivity KPIs).
Policies, Compliance & Employee Relations
Draft and update policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with applicable laws.
Support employee relations with fair, well-documented issue handling and follow-through.
Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
Change & Organizational Effectiveness
Drive adoption of new processes and tools through clear communication and enablement.
Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves
Advanced English (spoken and written).
3+ years
of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on recruiting and selection.
Demonstrated success meeting performance objectives and timelines.
Excellent communication skills across email, chat, and video.
Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with online systems.
High integrity, sound judgment, and consistent, ethical decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, remote setting; strong self-discipline and follow-through.
Flexibility to work a schedule that overlaps with core team hours.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or high-growth companies.
Exposure to multi-country contracting and compliance considerations.
Familiarity with learning design (micro-learning, SOPs, job aids).
