Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan, design, and implement

monthly engagement activities

(festivals, birthdays, team-building games, recognition events, etc.). Develop

creative engagement strategies

to improve morale, motivation, and teamwork. Conduct

pulse surveys

, gather employee feedback, and present improvement plans. Organize

learning & development sessions

, workshops, and wellness programs. Maintain

an active employee calendar

for engagement, celebrations, and internal events. Promote a positive company culture aligned with

Brandsmashers Tech's values and goals

. Drive

employee retention and recognition initiatives

(awards, appreciation mailers, newsletters).

Required Skill Set:Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Office / Google Workspace
