Fire and Security Pvt Ltd is a company based in Thane, India, specializing in automation solutions including Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Public Address Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection, Data Networks, Home Automation Systems, Building Automation Systems, and Parking Management Systems for residential, commercial, and large infrastructure projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team, focusing on managing and supporting our blue-collar workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blue-collar labor dynamics and be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to blue-collar employees. Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to meet them. Monitor employee performance and facilitate performance appraisal processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on blue-collar workforce management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
