Human Resource Specialist

who will handle the

entire HR function

recruitment as the primary responsibility

. The role requires someone who can manage both strategic and daily HR operations efficiently and professionally.

This role is ideal for a high-agency HR professional experienced in scaling early-stage B2C startups (Series A/B). You thrive on creating systems, not bureaucracy -- balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Drive engagement activities and communication across teams. Build trust and maintain a positive work environment. Handle grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality. Maintain and update HR policies as per company requirements. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

5-6 only years of experience managing full HR functions end-to-end. Strong recruitment background with high closure rates. Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance. Excellent communication, people skills, and decision-making ability. High ownership mindset, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
