Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a market research industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
