Key Responsibilities
Shortlisting and screening candidates
Managing job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining hiring reports
Supporting end-to-end recruitment for various roles
Requirements
Experience in recruitment (minimum 4 year preferred)
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring tools is a plus
