We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to join our team in
Visakhapatnam
. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Employee Records:
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with administering employee benefits programs and respond to employee queries.
Performance & Compliance:
Support performance management processes and ensure HR practices comply with regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
