Job Title: HR Recruiter - Canadian Shift

Location: Zirakpur

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while working in alignment with Canadian time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for Canadian clients.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients in Canadian shift timings.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain recruitment reports and daily trackers.
Ensure excellent communication and candidate engagement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (international recruitment preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Comfortable working in night shift (7 PM - 4 AM).
Knowledge of Canadian recruitment practices will be an advantage.
