Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

with experience in

Solar EPC, Power, Infrastructure, or Engineering domains

. The recruiter will be responsible for

closing mid to senior-level positions

across technical and managerial roles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for mid to higher-level positions across departments Close positions such as: Design Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) Business Development Managers (BDM) Project Managers O&M Engineers Understand job requirements from hiring managers and align sourcing strategies accordingly Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking

Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in

recruitment for Solar EPC / Power / Infrastructure / Engineering sectors

Proven experience in

mid-level to senior-level hiring

Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficiency in job portals and professional networking platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Solar EPC or related engineering industries Strong closure capability and follow-up skills Immediate or short notice period preferred
