Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
Schedule interviews (in-person / online) and follow up with candidates
Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Industry-Specific Hiring
Understand aesthetic roles such as injectors, laser technicians, skin therapists, counselors, and clinic managers
Verify medical licenses, certifications, experience, and eligibility
Coordinate with medical directors and branch managers for hiring needs
Onboarding & Documentation
Handle joining documentation, background verification, and credential checks
Coordinate induction and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and recruitment databases
HR Operations Support
Assist with HR policies, attendance, leave management, and compliance
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Handle exit formalities and attrition analysis
Compliance & Ethics
Ensure recruitment follows medical council, clinic, and labor law regulations
Maintain confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices
