Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining
Partner with operational managers to craft accurate job descriptions and candidate specifications relevant to roles like camera assembly technician, testing operator, QC checker, etc.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, trade schools, vocational institutes, and walk
ins/job fairs
Screen blue-collar applicants through resume review and structured or competency-based interviews; coordinate assessments or hands-on task simulation as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies throughout recruitment
Build partnerships with vocational institutions and community training centers to cultivate a pipeline of entry-level and skilled production hires.
Maintain recruitment data: candidate tracking, sourcing metrics (e.g. time
to
hire, source
of

Support onboarding: assist new hires during orientation, complete documentation, conduct basic induction
Contribute to employer branding for blue
collar roles: highlight growth paths, training, stability--sell the opportunity beyond base pay.
Aid in implementing employee referral and bulk hiring programs to scale quickly when production demand spikes.
