We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support organizational hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Share shortlisted profiles with concerned departments and management.
Support onboarding processes and documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring status.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred (freshers may apply).
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
