: HR Recruiter Company: Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions Private Limited Location: Singrauli Salary: ?10,000 - ?20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 6 months as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Singrauli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, to help our clients find the best talent. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with great career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Use various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interviewing: Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and present a shortlist of qualified individuals to clients. Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their requirements. Recruitment Administration: Maintain an organized database of candidate information, update job descriptions, and track recruitment metrics. Offer and Onboarding: Assist in the offer negotiation process and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
