Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar positions
such as Operators, Helpers, Technicians, Fitters, Welders, Line Supervisors, etc.
Handle
bulk/volume hiring
requirements within strict timelines.
Source candidates through
job portals, local consultants, referrals, databases, and field hiring
.
Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain candidate data, tracker reports, and daily hiring MIS.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for manpower planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in
Blue Collar recruitment
(Manufacturing/Automotive preferred).
Strong understanding of
shop-floor roles
and labor hiring processes.
Experience in
bulk hiring, mass interviews, and local sourcing
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a
work-from-home setup
.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS reporting.
Preferred Candidate
Experience hiring for
plants, factories, industrial units, or auto ancillaries
.
Exposure to contract staffing or third-party payroll hiring is an advantage.
