Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, indeed, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and project exposure
Conduct initial basic screening
Maintain candidate pipeline, ATS, and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates through interview and offer stages
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Educational background in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field
Understanding of IT technologies
Familiarity with IT hiring terminology (CTC, NP, Notice Period, Skills mapping)
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for IT services or product-based companies
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus
