Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support in
drafting job descriptions
and posting openings across platforms.
Assist in the
onboarding process
and documentation for new hires.
Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Collaborate with team members on other
HR and administrative tasks
as needed.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of
recruitment processes and HR functions

Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Internship or short-term experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
