Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
Work closely with clients to understand job requirements
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
Handle offer negotiation and onboarding support
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy background preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Target-driven and organized
Education:
Any graduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
