Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
non-IT roles
such as Marketing, Social Media, Operations, Sales, and Support functions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Strong exposure to
non-IT hiring
(startup or agency experience is a plus)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow across different HR functions
Good to Have
Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or operations roles
Startup experience
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and basic ATS tracking
