Job Title: HR Recruiter [Non- IT]

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze job roles and document requirements and objectives.

Develop and implement efficient recruiting strategies.

Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and other channels.

Screen resumes for relevant skills and keywords.

Conduct interviews to evaluate technical fit, experience, and soft skills.

Maintain recruitment records and generate reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.

Provide hiring updates to managers and HR teams.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate should have own Laptop and wifi connection.

Strong understanding of non-technical job functions and requirements.;


Experience 2 - 3 Years


Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
