Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Hiring Telecom Profiles Like RF Engineers, Riggers, BTS Engineer and Others
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil the staffing needs of the company
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates
Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity
Candidate must possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
