Roles & Responsibilities:
? Sourcing candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.
? Screening the resumes of the candidates on the basis of the criteria for the position.
? Evaluating the candidate's profile, career aspirations and role fitment and counseling them on how the job offered suits best to their career.
? Submit CV's to clients and coordination for feedback until the position is closed
? Supporting in all recruiting activities like walk-in interviews, mass e-mailing, job posting etc.
? Following up on the interview process status
? Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
? Completing timely reports on employment activity
? Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Will be assisting the Assistant Manager for the profiles shared
? Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
? Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
