End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full hiring process--from role briefing to offer acceptance--for positions across sales, leasing, property management, marketing, finance, legal, construction, and corporate support. Understand the skill sets, certifications, and temperament needed for high-pressure real estate roles.
Sourcing Talent:
Identify candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, campus recruitment for junior roles, headhunting for senior leadership, and networking at property expos/events. Build a strong pipeline of licensed real estate agents, experienced brokers, architects, engineers, marketing professionals, and operational staff.
Screening & Assessment:
Conduct structured screening calls to assess real estate knowledge, market awareness, negotiation skills, and client relationship abilities. Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, considering the fast-paced and target-driven nature of the industry. Collaborate with hiring managers to design role-specific assessments (e.g., property sales pitch simulations, market analysis tasks).
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate multi-round interviews, including panel discussions and site visits to projects when relevant. Prepare interview panels with structured question sets that align with role requirements.
Offer & Onboarding:
Negotiate offers and explain commission structures, incentives, and career progression paths specific to real estate roles. Ensure smooth onboarding with clear training schedule especially for sales and client-facing positions.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with department heads, project managers, and regional sales leaders to forecast hiring needs in line with new developments and expansion plans. Provide regular recruitment reports, market talent insights, and competitor hiring trends to HR leadership.
Talent Branding:
Create job postings that accurately convey the unique benefits of working in our real estate environment
