We are looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle--from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a knack for identifying talent that aligns with the company's culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, etc.)
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' suitability for the position
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or career events
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (1-3 years preferred)
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT/Non-IT/BPO/Manufacturing hiring (based on your industry)
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
