Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers. Draft and post job descriptions across hiring platforms. Assist in onboarding activities such as offer roll-out and document collection. Maintain HR databases and adhere to company recruitment processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken and written).
