Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Coordinate interviews and manage the full hiring process
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles on time
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT positions
Maintain reports and update recruitment trackers regularly
Requirements:
2-6 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in a consultancy/staffing firm)
Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience in permanent or contract staffing
Target-driven and organized
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
