Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Identify suitable candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels
.
Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate's technical understanding and suitability.
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures.
Maintain strong communication and rapport with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Participate in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and HR operational tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
(mandatory).
Good understanding of
IT roles, skills, and technical stacks
(e.g., developers, designers, testers, network engineers, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
