Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and workforce management
Experience handling manpower for food production / restaurant setup preferred
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and staffing
Employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, labor laws)
Employee discipline, coordination, and grievance handling
Supporting management in HR policies and manpower planning
Important Note:
No leaves will be permitted during festivals
(as per business requirements)
