Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: SG Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

Maintain and track candidate pipelines to ensure timely closures.

Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

MBA in HR (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement
