Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

Post jobs, use social media, search databases (LinkedIn, job boards).

Screening:

Review resumes, conduct phone/video screening, assess basic fit.

Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, manage logistics.

Candidate Management:

Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Support Hiring Managers:

Understand needs, provide updates, assist with hiring decisions.

Onboarding:

Help new hires transition smoothly.

Employer Branding:

Represent company culture at events (job fairs).
Required Skills & Qualifications (Fresher Level)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR Or MBA in HR.

Skills:

Excellent communication (written/verbal), organizational skills, ability to multitask, Microsoft Office proficiency, eagerness to learn.

Knowledge:

Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws (will grow).

Experience:

Little to none; focus on internships/projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
