About the Role

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end hiring for

BPO

Sales

Business Development

positions for multiple clients across India. This is a

fully remote

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for

BPO

,

Tele-calling

,

Inside Sales

,

Business Development

, and related roles. Manage bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements as per client needs. Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and client . Maintain candidate databases and trackers. Achieve monthly hiring targets. Provide daily/weekly recruitment reports to the management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in

BPO or Sales recruitment

. Strong communication and people-handling skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good understanding of job portals, sourcing channels, and social media hiring. Laptop/PC and stable internet connection is mandatory.
