HR team
and looking for a passionate
HR Recruiter
who can bring the best talent into our IT teams while also driving
paid training enrollments for fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers.
Source candidates actively for roles like iOS Developer, PHP Developer, Front-End Developer, Flutter Developer, BDE, BDM, SEO, Content Writer, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, etc.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent quickly.
Training Program Enrollments
Promote and drive enrollments for
iApp's Paid IT Training Programs
(Freshers - IT Graduates).
Counsel and guide candidates about career opportunities through training.
Convert interested candidates into confirmed enrollments.
HR Operations & Onboarding
Assist in onboarding new hires with documentation, induction, and cultural orientation.
Maintain candidate & employee records in HRMS/ERP.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Requirements
6 Months-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience (IT industry preferred, freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
MBA in HR/Business (preferred).
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and a passion for recruitment.
