Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive
Human Resources Manager
to lead our HR function. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution across the entire employee lifecycle--from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and retention. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Maximize the use of both free and premium job portals to attract top-tier candidates.
Onboarding, Learning & Development
Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience.
Develop and implement training programs that enhance skills and ensure compliance.
Maintain high standards of internal learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
