Role Overview



We are looking for a seasoned and proactive

Human Resources Manager

to lead our HR function. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution across the entire employee lifecycle--from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and retention. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Maximize the use of both free and premium job portals to attract top-tier candidates.

Onboarding, Learning & Development



Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience. Develop and implement training programs that enhance skills and ensure compliance. Maintain high standards of internal learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution. Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging workplace culture. Organize communication and engagement activities that promote team spirit and motivation.

Performance Management



Design and implement comprehensive performance appraisal systems. Support goal setting, KPI development, and professional growth plans. Manage performance challenges with constructive feedback and improvement frameworks.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory obligations. Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized HR records and employee files.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing



Promote a healthy and safe workplace environment. Lead initiatives focused on physical and mental wellness.

Workplace Culture & Retention



Execute employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. Implement retention strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership



Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and long-term planning. Lead change management processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:
