We are looking for an HR Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for the
Automation / Industrial Automation
domain. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing capabilities, strong screening skills, and a proven record of stability and long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automation and Engineering positions
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming requirements
Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs
Candidate Requirements
3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Automation or Engineering
Stability Criteria:
- 3 years experience: continuous stability, no job changes- 5 years experience: only one job change allowed
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
Must be currently residing in Delhi / NCR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
Ability to meet hiring deadlines and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
