Key Responsibilities
Manage the
complete recruitment life cycle
with a focus on
PAN India sales hiring
.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Travel outside the city for
client meetings and recruitment coordination
as required.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of recruitment experience
(sales hiring preferred).
Proven ability to
hire for PAN India sales profiles
.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in
FMCG or Organic/Natural products industry
is an advantage.
Willingness to
travel for client interactions
