Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and create clear job postings
Source candidates through job portals, social media & internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Build strong relationships with potential candidates
Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software
Good understanding of HR processes & compliance
Preferred Skills
Experience in technical or bulk hiring
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools & strategies
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
