Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles (tutors, sales, marketing, operations, and tech).
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
