An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-3 years of sourcing experience in the BPO/ITES industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing and screening talent across various domains such as BFSI, F&A, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement & Sourcing, HR, Pharma, Healthcare, and Legal (Non-IT skills) through multiple channels including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
Key Competencies:
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements and within defined compensation ranges.
Utilize various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines for non-IT roles.
Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
Maintain high attention to detail and compliance throughout the hiring process.
