Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Professional with 3+ years of experience to join our HR team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR processes and policies, and driving HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
Maintain and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Handle employee grievances with empathy and professionalism
Support the full employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance management, and exit formalities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records
Contribute to HR reporting, including dashboards and data analytics for strategic decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational development and culture-building initiatives
Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations
Experience in HR dashboards, reporting tools, and data analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
