Maintaining recruitment records and joining formalities.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintaining employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records.
Handling appointment letters, confirmations, increments, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Attendance Coordination
Coordinating attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Ensuring statutory deductions are correctly applied.
Statutory Compliance
Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labor law compliance.
Liaison with statutory authorities when required.
Employee Relations
Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work environment.
Supporting disciplinary actions as per company policy.
Training & Development
Identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.
Maintaining training records.
Policy Implementation
Implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
Exit Management
Handling resignations, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
